Fertility Vision is an international congress of assisted reproduction and genetics, which historically had its first year on 3. – 4. 5. 2019 in Hradec Králové and which was dedicated to the pioneer in the field of assisted reproduction – Professor Ladislav Pilka. He became famous for the fact that in 1982 he and his team enabled the birth of the first test-tube child in Brno in former Czechoslovakia.
Within two days on the first year of the congress, there were 27 professional talks, besides, the talk of Prof.Simon Fishel on “Embryo selection is vital for successful IVF – why time-lapse imaging is proving important”. Professor Fishel is the founder and the president of the CARE Fertility Group – the largest independent provider of assisted reproduction services in the United Kingdom. Also Prof. Ariel Revel, Director of Reproductive Medicine and IVF at Assaf Harofeh Medical Center in Israel. Prof. Dr Tomas B. Hildebrandt, author of 23 book and 48 plenary lectures. He is a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. He has worked in research such as Sumatran Research of Rhinoceros in Assisted Reproduction in Sabah (Malaysia), Research on Cell Cultures and Artificial Gamet Survey in Berlin, in San Diego, and others. We very much appreciate their participation and we are glad that they belonged to the main points of the program of the first year of our congress. Besides foreign speakers, Czech and Slovak medical leaders in assisted reproduction and genetics spoke in two blocks during the second day.
Congress will for its great success continues in 2021 as it will be its second year of running and registration is expected to start on March 2021.
